The physical characteristic of palm oil in its orginal state makes it suitable for frying as the oil remains stable with respect to oil deterioation compared to other natural curring soft-seed oils. The versatility of palm oil can be enhanced with further down stream processing into its components of palm olein and palm stearin. Also available in low GE and 3MCPD grade, RSPO certification.
