Pan Release Agent is made from non-hydrogenated refined vegetable oils into a liquid, smooth and creamy white emulsion. It is an ideal and economical baking lubricant to ease of removal of baked goods from trays. It is neutral in taste that will not contribute any taste or flavor the final baked goods.
